The aim of the Château de Namur was to create a unique and unforgettable hotel experience for its guests.

It starts with the room key materialized by a 3D printed champagne cork that, once posed on a dedicated shelf, allows guests to define their favorite room‘s atmosphere. In this project, Bezonia went beyond technology management. It created the exact customer experience imagined by the hotel owner.
